Make Love
Come Alive!

1.  You cannot give what you haven't got, so, if you want to better love and help those around you, you better start with yourself!  

2.  You're not to feel bad about yourself or your life all week long -- no matter what -- starting right now.

3.  When you catch yourself falling into old habit patterns, get better at forgiving.

4.  You can turn the other cheek -- even if you're the one beating yourself up.  Give yourself and your inner nag a break.

5.  You might want to let up on everyone else, too! ;)

Celebrate all your successes, and failures, too!
They have made you what your are... now keep going!
  
Pick one recurring issue or bad habit and resolve to work on it.  The universe responds to a made-up mind.  Remember, if you can do it when you choose to -- then you can do it all the time!
