You can't quit worrying about little things until you replace them with a bigger purpose. Find a compelling reason to fight off the mental accumulation that halts action. 2. Your talents indicate your greater purpose. Look at what you do well: If you're ready & willing, the opportunity will appear for you to contribute! |

When you've got a problem, above all, quit running! Face your problems and don't let them hound you. You do this by absorbing their impact rather than denying or running. You are bigger than you think -- you don't have to let your thoughts bully you. 3. If you're prisoner to negativity, BINGE on good, meaningful, funny thoughts until you bust yourself out!
