Be conscious and bless negativity as it's happening in the moment. Expand where and how you will allow Spirit to come through you.

Break through that ceiling of limitation by maintaining positive expectations. You're better and more capable than you think!
3. REPETITION WORKS!
Remember a positive message takes time and repetition to truly take root. The more you view -- the better you.
