1.  Nobody does morning like Nature.  Get out there, soak it in, or look on some ridiculously beautiful HD views on the internet, or visit in your mind (the best option of all).  

2.  Fake a smile.  (It might hurt a little if you've forgotten how.)  Your body doesn't know the difference, so,  don't wait for something to "make" you happy -- you deserve a guarantee -- start out that way.  

3.  Pick a page on ToNT.oRg and get inspired to make a change, or do one of our suggested DIY projects, and do it for real.

4.  Make like it's your birthday.  No one has to know about it but you do have to believe it.  Everyday is new so it really is your birthday, you can make it special TODAY.  

5.  Make like it's your deathday.  This might sound really sick or sad, but, when we realize our lifetime is limited, suddenly everything becomes more precious; we let the nonsense go and savor the good.
