Pick one thing in your life you're ashamed of, or feel bitter or regretful towards, make sure it's something with a strong negative feeling attached. For this week, every time you think of it, say "Grateful," or "Thank you," or "Blessed," instead. It needs to be a word that immediately makes you feel better. It should embody the opposite of the negative feeling you have: It could even be "Proud," or "Trust." Say that word over and over again every time you think of this negative thing. (Eventually the word will lose it's magic, and that's when you choose another word.) After some time your negativity will completely dissipate because you have done what you need to BALANCE YOURSELF OUT. You're looking at things from Both sides now, and what you're so certain was bad could be good -- if you let it! You don't know yet how much you'll change and grow, it's about how we finish, where we go from here...
