SQUARE IT!: Have you noticed lately that if you've been avoiding something you need to learn, life's circumstances become more and more difficult so that you have to face things and figure out how to fix them? You're not being punished: it's just time to move on and get over whatever is stopping us from doing that most simple thing, in concept, but is the hardest to master: To love others and to love yourself.
SQUARE IT!: (BTW, there are mistakes and accidents, but our reaction to them is what matters!)
Mistakes are tough to understand conceptually; we wouldn't improve without them, yet, they're a source of shame and frowned upon in many cultures. Some people overlook their own mistakes, while being overly critical of others, which is the same problem directed outwards. When we don't look at mistakes in a healthy way we are holding a grudge against ourselves or others. You must find a way to feel you are worthy of being loved and forgiven, and feel the same way about others; then mistakes will mean happiness and not misery. You may actually start to welcome them and praise them, proud that you learned and allowed them to play their indispensable role in your evolution.
SQUARE IT!: When you understand this truth, you quit messing around and wasting time and get busy living and learning! You don't want to be stuck for any longer, do you?
