🤑Money Dysmorphia Much?
A spiritual take on money!
How is your relationship with money? Time to evaluate the irrationalities & take on the fallacies re: the topic producing THE MOST conflicts, hang ups, and confusion.
"I bring value beyond money"
1. Do you define yourself according to money? Even if you "win" you lose b/c you are spiritual first, your bank statement coming far after that in the list of what makes you YOU. If you feel more or less valuable due to your "earning power" adjust this immediately.
Make some fun: Think of 3 things you've done to add to another's life this week! For the rest of the week make it 3 a day -- even a loving smile, a listening ear, a positive comment - it all matters.
"I observe others' behavior when considering them"
2. Similarly, if you judge others primarily by the amount of money you think they have, this is a great disservice to both them and you. What we contribute is what matters - the good we do - with money an extension of that.
Make it healthy: When you meet someone, be sincerely interested without wondering, "What's in it for me?" Instead of being impressed by someone's Insta, look more deeply: does this person make me feel better or worse about myself??! If you can, stop engaging with people who make you feel bad!
"Worship cash caveat"
3. If money is the supreme criteria - above Love, altruism, being of service - your life will be a void of dissatisfaction. Greed is a goon that will shake you down stealing every bit of happiness. Make money your god and you'll be left wondering at your suffering - even when you supposedly "have it all."
Face the real: If you're money-whipped better to know it sooner so you can make a choice. What do you enjoy doing for which you have a "real feel"? What takes you out of self-concern where you feel simply wonderfully alive & flowing? Start looking for and cultivating these activities and selfishness will have less hold over you.
"Ying-hi, Ying-di" (the more you give more get)
4. Money is energy responding to your energy. Be joyfully generous without self-interest & you will never go without. It's a law greater than money itself: give fully from your heart and receive more than you can imagine (but don't be a doormat)!
Find out how awesome: Did you know giving can be fun and seriously satisfying? Find divinely inspired ways to give, especially when it comes to money, and watch the Law go into action. Tithe time you get time, tithe money and receive in kind.
"I emphasize the good in my life"
5. You can't out give God, but, don't be profligate, either. It's difficult to believe, but, the less we worry about money, the more easily money will come to us. Your attitude is paramount: if you're afraid of money it will elude you because you dictate through your fear, lack.
Have a baller-tude: Look around and take an inventory of how much you have! Now, add to this by securely feeling you already have all you need with more on the way. This doesn't mean be wasteful and overspend - we're redirecting the energy you have towards money. We attract what we think about: remember that next time you indulge your self-pity, confusion, or worries!
"I am enough & getting better"
6. Get over showing off. You've nothing to prove to anyone. If you spend to be admired or accepted, you're enforcing a falsehood you're "not enough" without stuff. This is a LIE. The gift is YOU and the best you bring to those in your orbit.
Take a BRAVE break: From posting anything to social or checking if strangers/acquaintances have commented or liked your stuff! Let that extra-anxiety go and just be for awhile. Your relationship between YOU & SPIRIT needs some TLC - be brave and find out who you are when nobody's looking - here's where the magic you're missing lies...
"I can't believe how lucky I am"
7. Say "thank you" a lot. A certain way to increase blessings is to recognize them. Better still, FEEL that gratitude and certain bounty will manifest from those powerful thoughts/feelings. You are creating wealth independent of money, but not excluding it, when you enact power-packed gratitude.
Go deep: Dive deeply into gratitude, the surface won't do it. Successfully reveling in gratitude changes your thinking, feeling, and above all, makes you understand you're loved. Not everyone feels loved. Wanna get closer to real love? Toss the notebook and get in there - inside you - and reflect mightily on all the good bestowed upon you.
"First thing first and the rest falls in line"
8. Focus on spirituality first and the material follows. What energy do you associate with money? If it's anxiety, your experiences will be problematic. If you feel unworthy you may be limiting yourself! Has money become TOO important, triggering a phobia? Focus on spirituality and these issues will go bye-bye!
"Yes, I can handle more"
9. Even if you only have a little, you can still be inspired to give. The maxim goes, "If you can't be trusted with a little, how can you be trusted with a lot?" To save is intelligent, do it gladly w/o cheapness, worry or woe, but sharing is when open up the game up to receive more.
"I make it on merit"
10. Be lucky enough to earn your own way. If you've worked hard BE PROUD: You understand money's real value and can better maintain wealth - rather than being "too much too soon" - money just handed to you and thus too easily lost or given away.
Be a "Merch Mensch"
11. Be fair-minded in trade. If you've a product/service charge more than a fair price, exceed expectations, and gain customers for life. If you're chintzy or swindling you may make a quick fortune but lose it just as quickly. Again, what energy is attached to your product or service? Above all let it be a boon to this world.
Engage in "Longview spending"
12. Invest in buying lasting quality rather than buying poorly made items you dislike or must continuously replace. CARE where your money goes. Try to support businesses that CARE about YOU, their customer. Saving a few dollars by purchasing junk is NOT savings but a waste.
"God loves a lover"
13. Abundance living begins in the mind: Know you're taken care of; Spirit is the source of all good there for you always! Knowing this means you can more than afford to be kind, patient, & magnanimous to those around you, and even yourself. Here is true wealth. START HERE.

(Being giving exists in a multitude: your time, attention, listening; your talent, ability, genuine caring, in whatever areas you give expect to receive. Start where you can with whatever you've got! Do it with self-respect, for the JOY of doing it, & forget the return! That will take care of itself.)

"You're given unto NOT just a little but a BUSHEL & A PECK!" God gives extravagantly so forget your miserly "wins" and "losses" and be grateful... "Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.” ~Luke 6:38
WE'RE GRATEFUL FOR YOU.
WE LOVE YOU... NOT CREEPY... WE REALLY DO!
