"TURN IT AROUND"

It’s easy to be consumed by culture, ephemeral but dominating, especially with the portent of war and its concomitant uncertainty.
Mass mind desists thought as the people themselves take to the task of baking in imminent devastation, the escalating all to alluring possibility tugging at the inherent insecurity of — just about everyone — (or those who have met Faith but have yet to be friend of it) and we see a descent from the low to lower, but with whipped up peaks of frenzy here, there, and thus to punctuate the general apathy with exclamation points of panic.
At least, one may argue, they feel more alive than usual.
Pessimism is the most constant companion of Man. Dogs, in their natural ebullience can momentarily silence its marauding cheekiness, but it waits without patience (none is required!) for Man’s pathology to resume its darkness and therefore, cursing in the dark. Black holes are experienced by too many, sucking in the light, giving nothing in return; too easily giving in to the worst notions, the most egregious outcomes. The capacity to rein back our own penchant for doom is a real question. HOW do we stop ourselves from BEING the proverbial “fuel,” without which, myriad fires would never be sparked and fed. How much trauma have we produced that was unnecessary but for OUR apparent NEED for and FAITH in devastation?
So much so, that we’ll manufacture it. This is the strength of our belief.
The greatest pollution of the world is our emotional incontinence and the laxatives of fear, drama, blame and guilt we take WITH SELF-RIGHTEOUS ABANDON. If the results were not so miserable one could describe the activity as gleeful it is taken with such willingness and dedication.
It is the death cult of the liberal mind. I do not mean this politically. I mean this as a path for those blessed enough to be free to choose their internal paths and who choose annihilation. They do not want answers, they whirl in dervishes not to seek the Divine, but to misappropriate. To deem power outside themselves, to make this choice then bemoan their choice by saying, “We have no choice!” It’s delusion with drama. It’s Bob Fosse’s jazz hands but without artfulness or style.
Juvenile dreams and aims such as these pervade the world however they’re less harmful than the cultures who would hold such behavior back, who allow no freedom to choose at all. This is the war at hand. How to explain to those with such abundance as to eschew it, a complete dearth of it?
How do you tell a young endeavoring mind that it’s lucky to undertake ANY endeavor in many places in the world. So many lives are subjugated in thought, behavior, without any hope or chance of escape. THIS is the war we’ll be experiencing and it will not end until it does. AND YOUR LIFE WILL GO ON all through this conflict. Are you one of the lucky who can CHOOSE how you’ll live and WILL YOU CHOOSE HOW TO RESPOND rather than eat and make the knee-jerk souffle so easily consumed, so easy in which to partake?
We have a way out, above the nonsense of mass mind…. But if you think you won’t have to fight for it, or for anything worth having, you will remain clouded in obfuscation with all the rest. We here at Time of New Thought know there’s no better time THAN NOW to have a New Thought about the world and to hold delicately our peace of mind while protecting it ferociously from influences, internal and ex, which seek to destroy it.
HAVE A CARE. Too often is Spirituality turned to ONLY in times of ease, tossing it over like a Tinder date gone bad the moment a prospect of drama or an opportunity at panicking makes itself present on our screens. How tantalizing drama! How titillating! What a thrill to think about how we could be bombed at any second! Yes! Yes! Let’s THINK ABOUT THAT instead of what could bring contentedness or peace. WHO GIVES A CRAP ABOUT PEACE??! THERE’S A WAR ON!!!
You may believe, dear reader, you’ve no time now to invest in your Spirituality — more important things are at hand — you could not be more wrong about anything in your life. As you throw you’re hat into the ring of uncertainty so wantonly do you think you might have it pulled, like a cosmic raffle, and somehow YOU, SPECIAL YOU (I’m being facetious), will be plucked out and blessed for following the dictates of mass mind instead of cursed by following the crowd and having no compunction about following the rote reaction?
Bigger and braver souls than this are required for peace of mind through a time such as this. Hey, luckily for you, you’ll be getting a lot of opportunities for practice. A showdown is GOING DOWN and you’re going to have to GO UP to win it in your own life and mine — where you live. Nurturing the fear of losing everything makes it have lost to you already: you don’t enjoy that which you fear to lose. Why comes to the core of it. How much enjoyment out of life have you ever really gotten at all and how much of it was due to your own making?
BOTH the misery AND the joy?
Was the joy brought to you externally? If so, your joy is dependent on others and will always slip like mercury in your hands.
The misery, have you found ways to combat it from within rather than trying numerous outside sources that ultimately fail you over again?
Well, dear reader, this is where I come in and our work here at Time of New Thought. We are espousing a new way of life, and a new experience of living. It’s an undertaking so monumental I congratulate you thoroughly it you’ve gotten this far. Almost everything will try to prevent you from turning to this world in a real and earnest way. You are such a powerful being that if you can be stopped, all means will be employed to stop you from turning within to the true nature of your being that KNOWS all, that IS ALL, is OMNI-DIRECTIONAL AND OMNI-POTENT.
You’re already in a war. Who’s side are you on?
