 It circulated to those who know that I'd been in the hospital for 3 weeks.  This was a longtime coming.  In 2023 I became so ill I couldn't fly home to see my father as he was dying and became still worse when my mother died in 2025.  During that time I began a self-imposed spiritual retreat after returning from Thailand, seeing no one outside the home for about 3 years, and not leaving the house as well.

(It was my attempt at the only retreat I'd never attended in Buddhism which is a 4 year retreat, similar to Rinpoche's.)

It was cut short when somehow someone had called 911 one morning in early Nov.  
  
I had been going through something elaborate at that moment, to say the least.  

(I will not share details here but come back in Jan where I share some of what happened.  It's gonna hurt like hell to tell you.  But you will be entertained, and for me, I only care if you learn something more about you..  That's the only reason I do this, btw.))

@The Hospital I was reminded of how much I truly love people.  I was in the middle of this great planning phase and, while those plans remain intact, the speed does not.  (I don't think I'd get saved yet ANOTHER time.)  I'd been forcing to such a degree I was reminded of what a workaholic I've been all my life -- during a BUDDHIST retreat (epic fail, right)!  

I have so many to thank including the 911 operator, the firemen/paramedics, the ER staff, all the various individuals on all the floors and wings I kept getting moved to...  To the doctors especially, Drs Taweel & Barlingay. 

I fell in love with so many of you & can't thank you all enough.

If you could please email me your contact info I'd like to mail you some gifts as I'm still unable to come in person.
