Sleep is definitely needed to restore balance, but you need decompression first. If you're still anxious, worried, or pushing you aren't really resting and it's just more stimulation. Recognize when you're pushing emotionally and mentally then give yourself the gift of letting go...
As a seed cannot grow itself, nor are you alone. Develop faith to sleep like an angel. You have an entire universe helping you to become what you're meant to... Faith is accepting this fact with Love.
