If you want to imagine the world in peace you better start with yourself.  Peace In = Peace Out, If you're not working on turning your inner struggle into something beautiful where you feel loved and secure no matter what's happened to you, then you don't have peace.  Peace of mind starts with facing your troubles, then loving them to death.

All you need is a little kick.

Overcoming

Sometimes we think we need to go in full horsepower-guns-blazing in order to make a change... those changes usually don't last.  When we are slow, methodical, and consistent, this is when real change is made.  All you need is the tiniest motivation coupled with sincerity and you've got hope.  It's also called love - finally taking care of yourself.

Get yourself a great teacher.

Obstacles

Never underestimate how important it is to surround yourself with great examples and strong support.  If you're going to make it past your walls, you need people who've been there to show you the way.  Listen well, and then, it's all up to you!  Don't have the right teacher yet?  Well, when ur ready... you know the rest!
