Habits are the toughest of all to overcome, but not as tough as you are!

What we say to ourselves dictates our lives.  We can ignore it, or attempt to distract ourselves, but it still determines our overall quality-of-life.  If your inner chatter leaves you a feeling like a jibbering idiot, face it and change it, instead of running or escaping.  Never give up on your dreams!  Always give yourself another chance to succeed:  NEVER GIVE UP ON YOU.  

Fall in love with all the good things about you, 
instead of just focusing on the bad!
